Terms: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, or Prepaid
Backorders: We rarely back-order merchandise but if it is necessary we will call for your approval first.
Claims: Merchandise should be inspected upon arrival. If there is a problem, call our customer service department, and we will work with you to correct the problem. No returns will be accepted unless a prior agreement has been made with Brena International. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returns: All freight will be paid by the customer for returned merchandise not shipped in error or not defective. A 10% re-stocking charge will also be applied. No returns after 20 days. All claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.
Damages: If goods are damaged or lost due to the carrier, sign off the waybill accordingly and file a claim with the delivering carrier immediately. Our responsibility ceases when the carrier accepts your shipment. Do not destroy the original carton and packaging until the carrier has made an inspection.
Availability: Subject to change without notice due to seasonal weather conditions. All specified weights and measures are approximate and may vary.
Dimensional Weight: This is the weight used by UPS to calculate the shipping charges on each of our items. UPS now calculates the shipping costs by the dimensions, not by the actual weight.
LTL Truck Shipment: This means “Less than Truck Load” and is required for shipments that are over the maximum size limit for FedEx or UPS. In many instances, large orders of even smaller items can be much cheaper to ship by a truck than UPS Ground
Policy: Any preprinted provision set forth on any form utilized by any buyer in connection with the purchase of any products described herein shall not add or detract from these terms and conditions unless expressly agreed to in writing by Brena International.
